    Hi Lee, just wondering if there’s an alternative ‘binder’ to the egg used in this recipe.

      Yes you can use chia seed and water. If you are using two eggs in a recipe substitute two eggs with 2 TBS ground or whole chia or flax seed soaked in 6 TBS of water for 15 minutes
