There are so many ways to improve the health of your gut, from hypnotherapy, to meditation, naturally with food, or more commonly with over the counter packet drugs made for the average Joe, not specifically modified for different people, severity of symptoms or individual sensitivities.

Bearing all of this in mind, when I created my Heal Your Gut program I sought to offer a wide variety of specialist information and advice to be available at your fingertips. A wealth of knowledge that has been learned, handed down, tried and tested and scientifically proven from a team of professional medical practitioners, gastroenterologists, naturopaths, nutritionists and integrative doctors.

Each one of my carefully picked experts has their own methods and experiences, and come from a varied background, a mixture of Western and Eastern philosophies and practices so you can learn as much as you can, and choose the healing pathway that is right for you. Being bi-cultural myself, half English and half Indian it was important for me to offer both sides of the medicinal and cultural coin.

I’m happy to report that together, my team of experts creates an amazing wealth of knowledge that you can draw upon and take on board, based upon your own personal circumstances and requirements.

I’d love to introduce you to a few of them:

Hi there, I have recently been diagnosed with Leaky Gut via my integrative medical practitioner. I am feeling very confused about all the differed dietary advice available. Especially around the consumption of nuts, seeds, eggs and nightshades. I have the Heal Your Gut book – but to be honest I don’t think I am able to commit to the 4 week liquid diet at this stage. Thank you, Sophie

A good way to start is to do the program two days a week and introduce it slowly you will still get the benefits of it that way 🙂
