Poached Eggs on Spinach with Smoked Salmon & Hollandaise

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 Slice Spinach Bread (see recipe) 
  • 2 Slices Smoked Salmon 
  • 1 dollop Hollandaise Sauce (see recipe) 
  • 1 TBS yeast flakes dill to garnish 
  • 1.Poach eggs 

Place Spinach bread in toaster
When toast is ready top with salmon and poached eggs 
Place Hollandaise on top 
Sprinkle with yeast flakes and dill and enjoy
