Weight, it's another competition! Win Fast Your Way to Wellness

Now is the perfect time to get back on track for the new year. My latest book Fast Your Way to Wellness is here and I can’t wait to give it out to five lucky people. It’s a book that is so close to my heart and I know you all will love it!

Fast Your Way to Wellness offers you the tools to not only succeed but THRIVE on your fasting journey. Intermittent fasting has changed my life and now I’m letting you in on my secrets for how it can change yours too. Think losing weight, increasing your energy levels, decreasing your stress and restoring your vitality.

With over ninety nutritious recipes, there's no better way to supercharge your 2017 and the rest of your life.

To be one of the lucky five winners, all you must do is change a few lines of your favourite song lyrics and tell me why you need my newest fasting book!

For example: ‘What Do You Mean’ by Justin Bieber is one of my fave songs, so here’s one I prepared earlier:

“What do you eat? Uhh Oh When you fill up your plate and you look what you ate. What do you eat? When you jump on the scale and it's a massive fail. What do you eat?”

And for the old schoolies, think: "Chattanooga chew chew".

So, get those creative juices flowing and bring out your inner Tommy Mottola. We’ve got five copies to give away to five lucky lyricists.

To enter, fill in the form below.

Good luck!

I love to eat clean, so I top it with homemade hummus, diced kalamata olives, and a sprinkle of flaxseeds.

Just had my third child via C Section. My body feels sad and sorry for itself. I now have 3 kids under 4, and no energy. Times for a change, I want to be the mum who can keep up!

When growing-up, if ever asked what I liked least – I’d say coconut! Just saying the word made me think of sickly sweet coconut ice, bounty bars, coconut roughs – all those processed coconut products left me a sense of ‘ick’ and sick! Wow – am I glad I grew-up and grew into knowledge. My favourite food – COCONUT. I love fresh green coconut juice added to my juices and smoothie. Coconut oil for oil-pulling and skin care, massage and a treatment for my hair. Stir-frys, curries – I use it everywhere. Coconut butter and shredded coconut for my raw treats and sweets. And yes – I love to occassionally use coconut milk too. Coconut – Oh how I have grown to love the versatility, the health benefits. and the wonder that is YOU,

My apologies – I have just put my reading glasses on and have noted the 25words or less. Obviously coconut isn’t improving my eye-sight Please feel free to delete this comment and I will write another within the required word count. Kindest regards, Wendy
