    Best book I have purchased in a long time. Simple food which is good for you. Never ate many vegetables prior to this book, who would have thought now I eat spinach and red cabbage in a smoothie! Have lost the 5 kgs I no longer wanted, now purchasing a book to move forward so the rest of the family can benefit. Thanks Lee. Shall be attending the Perth Conference as well come 21 February 2016.

    This is the best cookbook!! Im not a real smoothie person, so the soups in this book are fantastic. Every recipe Ive tried so far is absolutely YUM. All the health info at the start of the book is great and easy to understand. Thank you Lee!!

      Yes there is no dairy in the book there are a couple of meat recipes but there is a vegetarian meal planner specifically for vegetarians.
