    Yummy recipies, easily understood explainations, balanced menu plan , cute illustrations… Pretty comprehensive information included….The only thing l would change is that l’d prefer it as a hardcover book…. my home printed ebook has ink runs where l’ve spilled stuff on it. (it is getting a fair bit of use…..)

    Hi there – what’s the difference between buying the book and joining the 4 week challenge that starts in February?

      The program has more information and recipes than the book and there is also video content and a lot of new helpful detailed information for the participants along with daily and weekly tips and access to the experts aligned with the program plus you do it with a community and there is a private Facebook page 🙂 lee
