Eat Right For Your Shape takes a fresh look at the ancient Indian healing system of Ayurveda and applies it to the way we eat and live.

    I have just bought your gorgeous new book ‘ Eat Right For Your Shape’ and just wanted to say thank you for writing it.
    It is so beautifully written and presented. I am a Kapha-Pitta… but probably more Kapha at the moment because I went through all the desserts to see which ones a Kapha was allowed to have! Coming from a Sri Lankan background all these ingredients and principles are so familiar to me.I feel so grateful that all this knowledge has been made so accessible.

    I would like to compliment you on your book Eat Right for Your Type and the recipes and eating plan in it.
    I have been following Ayurvedic diet concepts for 30 years and find this the best eating plan i have come across.
    The recipes are easy to make and delicious and satisfying, the meal plans are balanced, and varied and suited to Australian availability at the time of the year.
    I look forward to receiving more inspirational ideas and recipes from you in the Ayurvedic way in the future.
