    Hi Lee,

    I am wanting to make your Zesty Lemon Lime Cheesecake this Friday night for a friends party, you said in the recipe to use coconut butter – is this the same as coconut oil?

      You can use either. The butter has the flesh mushed up and the oil is the oil extracted from the flesh.

      I would probably try using 1 large or two medium sized mangoes and see how you go. That sounds like a nice combo.
