Hi Lee. Thank you for all the wonderful things you have put on this website. I was just wondering if your ‘Healing your gut’ book is suitable for 3 year olds? My daughter spent the first 2.5 years on antibiotics due to renal reflux. I’m desperate to find something I can use to help fix her gut after a poor start. I also suffer from lupus and rheumatoid arthritis so am looking forward to getting started myself. I LOVE your supercharged kids book

Yes it would be suitable as it is everyday foods which are nutritionally sound but just in an easily digestible format and I can also help you with any recipes you need to ask about. x
