Heal Your Gut Four Week Program

happy girl

I’m so excited to let you know about the launch of my brand new Four Week Heal Your Gut program.

If you’ve been feeling bloated, gassy, foggy or tired lately or  getting sick more often than usual, then this program can help. Or if you’re suffering from a condition that can be aggravated by diet and a poorly functioning digestive system, food allergies or intolerances, rashes, acne or IBD, IBS, Crohn’s disease, Celiac disease, leaky gut, inflammatory issues, thyroid problems, neurological disorders, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, fibromyalgia or other auto immune conditions my Heal Your Gut program will appeal to you and put you on the right path to better health.

As many of you already know, six years ago I was diagnosed with a non-specific autoimmune disease and fibromyalgia. I spent the first two years going from doctor to doctor, taking immuno-suppressants, antibiotics, steroids, anti-cancer drugs, anti-inflammatories and the list goes on, in fact I was taking up to twenty pills a day, whilst not feeling any better. I felt nauseous, exhausted and foggy almost every day and was crippled by food intolerances and arthritis. Sick of being constantly sick I looked inside and found that the health of my gut was responsible for many of my symptoms.

Once I started healing my gut, I was better able to absorb the nutrients from the food I was eating, and getting a lot more nourishment, which in turn supported my healing process.  I began by including lots of easily digestible foods in my diet to give my digestive system a chance to heal and recover. I stayed on this elemental diet for four weeks and the results were nothing short of incredible.  After I started repairing and replenishing my gut, I was able to reintroduce more foods and by then I was actually absorbing more nutrients and my health started to greatly improve.

The gut protocol that I followed has changed my life for the better and I now live an energetic, full and healthy life.

Many of you already have my eBook Heal Your Gut, and have been enjoying great results from the program and now even more people have come to me asking for help with their digestive issues. There’s so much conflicting information out there, I know how confusing and frustrating trying to be healthy can be.

That’s why I’ve decided to bring the program online so that you have all of the information in one place and 24/7 access to help from myself and my dream team of experts including integrative medical practitioners, nutritionists, naturopaths, kinesiologists, meditation and mindfulness experts and scientists.  The program is also suitable for vegetarians.

You desperately want to heal yourself and feel vibrant again but you don’t know where to start. I have been there!

That’s why I’ve created a program where I share all the knowledge and information I’ve gathered during those years spent investigating and overcoming my own health issues.

Your gut is the gateway to a healthy brain and immune system. Approximately seventy to eighty percent of your immune tissue is located within your digestive system, which is why it needs to be thriving and healthy in order to avoid illness.  The health of your digestive system directly impacts the functioning of your brain.  Which is why a dysregulated gut is linked to the development of a range of illnesses from autism and depression, to autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto’s, inflammatory bowel disease and type 1diabetes.

As you can see, having a healthy gut has a great impact on your overall health.

This program is for you if you have been suffering from any of the following:

  • digestive disturbances such as bloating, gas, constipation, or diarrhea, new sensitivities to foods eaten regularly
  • stress
  • chronic fatigue, lethargy, brain fog
  • depression
  • muscle and joint pain and fibromyalgia
  • autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis, lupus, psoriasis, scleroderma or multiple sclerosis
  • low immune system
  • acne
  • skin and allergy problems
  • oral and vaginal thrush, urinary tract infections

You'll also benefit from the program if you are:

  • eating a diet high in sugar, carbohydrates, preservatives and additives (the typical modern diet)
  • taking antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAIDS), steroids, antidepressants, statins, laxatives and antacids
  • taking the birth-control pill
  • drinking tap water, which contains chemicals such as fluoride and chlorine
  • exposed to and absorbing toxins (conventional beauty and household products)

The Heal Your Gut program will provide you with information and a healing gut protocol along with easy to make, anti-inflammatory and easy to digest delicious recipes.  By following the protocol you’ll feel more vibrant and alive and have energy to burn.

Although changing the way you nourish your body and following the Heal Your Gut diet will have a major role in healing your gut, this program is not only about telling you what to eat and what not to eat. Food can nourish or harm your body but other factors can have the same effect too.

If you are sleep-deprived, hate your job, constantly argue with your partner and overload your body with toxins and chemicals, your health will suffer as well.

This is why I will share with you a holistic approach to healing your gut where I will encourage you to look at all areas of your life and reconsider what being healthy means.

I will teach you self-care, stress-relieving practices and ways to avoid toxins in your body, house and emotional life.

To see long-lasting results, you need a holistic approach that goes beyond eating a good diet only. The simple changes I will show you during the program will impact your health in such a positive way, your body and mind will thank you for it.

The program starts on Monday 8th August 2016 and runs for four weeks where you will be supported every step of the way.

Once you sign up, you’ll be able to log onto the private Heal Your Gut portal where you’ll have access to:

    Hi Lee

    Heal Your Gut sounds fab!
Just a couple of questions – is it suitable for vegetarians, and will you be running it again soon if I don’t sign up this time. ?

    Many thanks
    Linda x

  3. Kerry Lewandowski says:

    Hi Lee

Super excited about this! I’ve signed up and am ready to rock.
Just a question about access to the Heal your Gut E-Book though. I couldn’t see it on the site. Is it available immediately or not until the launch in November?
    Thanks
    Kerry

  4. Cathie Mitchell says:

Hi Lee ,love you work and your recipes just a question about the program, how much does it cost?

  5. Ange says:

Hi lee are the menu ingredients everyday easily accessible?

    • lee says:

Yes absolutely, I’m not into superfood ingredients you need to trek to the other end of the world to track down. I prefer to use ingredients from my local supermarket or farmer’s market. Alot of those superfoods are just marketing mumbo jumbo.

  6. Gabby Campbell says:

Just signed up and am very much looking forward to starting…. and not doing it on my own 🙂 Thanks Lee. x

  7. Jany Edwards says:

    Hi Lee,

This program looks really great, just wanted to see if it is FODMAP friendly before I signed up.

    Thanks so much!

  8. Kelly says:

Hi Lee, I am really interested to do the gut detox. Do we get to still access all links, emails etc once we have completed 4 week program?

    Thanks,
    Kelly

  9. Nicky Felton says:

How much is the heal your guy program?

  10. Hayley says:

Hi lee, I have chronic constipation, poor slow digestion, terrible bloating after meals, burning and reflux as well as subclinical hypothyroid…I also have started developing allergy to cheese I think. I am considering a colonic to help reboot and then doing your gut cleansing course. Do you think these two things would be suitable together like this? Thanks

    • lee says:

Yes they would be ok but I would consider doing things slowly perhaps start with diet and healing and then cleansing with colonics after the first two weeks. Lee

  11. Karen says:

When is your next Heal your gut program starting

  12. Emelie says:

Do you have a newsletter that I can subscribe to?

I am currently a vegan, can I do your program? I occasionally eat fish and could maybe be willing to eat chicken or turkey, but no egg, milk, cheese, butter or any other meat.

I also don´t eat any grains or any food additives, I only eat beans, nuts, fruits, veggies, brown rice, lentils, buckwheat, quinoa, vegetable extra virgin oils, and I try to do proper food combinig at every meal. This food makes me use the bathroom at least every other day, mostly every day.
I used to eat like only eggs, chicken, fish, fats (butter, vegetable oils), vegetables, when I ate like this my stomach was more quiet and never bloated, but sometimes I would only go to the bathroom 1-2 times per week!

Dont know what to do here…..

    • lee says:

Yes the program is suitable for vegans there are many vegans doing the program and getting great results.

  13. Steph says:

    Hi Lee
I’m breastfeeding a 6 week old baby and have a toddler who would also benefit from a reset for a number of reasons, would this program be suitable for us?
    Steph

  14. Mel says:

    Hi Lee
Is it ok to do the programme while taking antibiotics? (I have an infection atm and have been on 24/7 iv for last 3 weeks but will be moving to oral antibiotics hopefully next week) and I’m coeliac too. X

  15. Trish says:

    HI Lee,
I would like to participate in your Heal Your Gut program commencing Sept 7th.
I am booked to have a colonoscopy on October 2nd, will this interfere with the healing that has taken place?
ie Does the prep for the colonoscopy wipe out all the good bacteria?

  16. Nic says:

We’ve had issues with food intolerances. Will this help identify them?

  17. Betty says:

When is next round after 7 Sep as I’m really keen to start but going on holiday for a few weeks and just know it’s not practical.

  18. Georgina says:

    Hi Lee,

Very keen to get started! I am a young fibro fighter myself and have been looking for something like Heal Your Gut for a long time!

Just a quick query after viewing previous comments – are there are set dates/rounds for the program or can you sign up and start at any time?

    Thanks heaps x

    • lee says:

Hi Lee! =) I am seriously considering signing up to jump on the 4 week “heal your gut” program this Novemeber. Something I’m curious about is whether I would still be able to utilize the information I learn during the course afterwords. I have found that I’m someone who needs to revisit information & refresh my memory – and I really want to continue employing the recipies and coaching I receive after the 4 weeks conclude. Will I still have access to the Ebook and recipes following the course?

  20. Natasha says:

Sorry if this question has been asked but I am currently breastfeeding and wondering if it is safe and suitable to follow the program as I continue to breastfeed?

    • lee says:

The program is a holistic one that includes many aspects not just diet, there is a cleansing aspect, lifestyle, yoga, meditation, videos, information, digest emails and a team of gut experts in their specialty fields. In regards to the meals are easily digestible yet still nutritious.

  27. Lauren says:

Hi Lee, I am interested in joining your program, but I am going on a week’s holiday and would prefer to start the program after the 2nd July (after I return). Am I best to wait until the next one is available – when will the next one be commencing?

  28. Dan says:

Hi Lee, I’m interested in joining your program too in July. If I sign up now will that automatically enrol me into the July one or should I do it closer to the date? Thanks for your help!

  29. Ellie says:

    Hi Lee,
I have recently started to read your book “How to heal your gut” and I really liked the whole idea..

Just wanted to know whether the 4 week program which is mentioned in the book, is the same as what people talking about in here..

If I follow the food plan of the book, would I get the same benefits? Is there any additional helps / info in your blog comparing to the book?

    Thanks,

    • lee says:

HI Ellie, the program is based on the book but we have extra information, videos, a support group, recipes and guidance from experts in the field of gut health and digest emails.

      • Ellie says:

        Thanks Lee..

We have started the program since two days ago and are really enjoying benefits of the foods..

Would you re use the vegetables that have been used to make a broth or stock as a soup?

I am 34yo female and have genetic high blood cholesterol. Is that safe to eat coconut milk / oil in my food? I had a bit research on web to find evidences, but they were contradictory..

Thanks for your time to reply all comments.

  30. Debra says:

    Hi Lee,

I am ready to start the first phase of gut healing – I have your book. I have two concerns. i suffer reflux and am on Pariet for this. Do you think it is ok to stop this while in the first phase. I have also been on diatomaceous earth for a couple of weeks as I seem to frequently pick up parasites. i assume i cease this for the first 4 weeks. Lastly, I suffer fructose intolerance which is one of the main reasons for doing the cleanse. Most non starchy vegetables I do have any issue with however I will give it a go. Can you please advise the best action plan for me. I was planning on starting today but guess i can ease into it.
    Regards Deb

    • lee says:

Hi Deb easing into it is good and continuing any prescribed medications as per your medical practitioners instructions. Foods that are related to reflux are stimulating foods like coffee, alcohol etc so you will find on the program your symptoms will improve. You can have the foods on the program there are only two recipes out of a hundred that contain a few starchy carbs so there is plenty to choose from. You can take the powder after week two 🙂 but start slowly 🙂 lee

  31. Elham says:

    Hi Lee,
Thank you for your awesome book! We are on 10th day of the program (following the book).
Just a bit info about me, I did not have any known problem, just to be healthier, started the program with my hubby. I think I have tried to be too restricted and have limited all fruits except for the berries. I am having one meal of slippery elm every day. The rest of the meals are veggie soups as per the recipes.. I just had one meal of white rice yesterday which I am guessing that could be the reason I lost my energy afterward. My energy level has been awesome since day 1. But since yesterday, I am experiencing low level of energy and feeling hungry and craving to eat something.

Is it normal that my energy has dropped suddenly? How can I cope with it? Is it Ok if I add full cream milk and banana to my diet as I am fine with having dairy?
What is the best thing to add to my diet to boost my energy?
    Thanks,

    • lee says:

Hello, glad you are enjoying the book. The white rice may have affected your energy levels if you had it yesterday. In week three or four you can start to introduce other foods if you feel you are ready for them but just see how your body feels with them. You might like to do my Heal Your gut online program where you can do it along with a community of others and we also have lots of information, videos, medical experts and people to guide you through every step of the way too. We have a four week and a 2-Day a week version https://supercharged.wpengine.com/why-join-the-heal-your-gut-program/ :).

  32. Kelly says:

Hi Lee I have purchased your book ‘Heal Your Gut’. Do I also need to join the program or is all the information I need in the book? Thank you

    • lee says:

Hi Kelly, you can do the program with the book. The only program is an extra program which has more content, recipes, a team of experts, a private group and lots of emails and videos and info delivered to your inbox plus a private portal.

  33. Lucia says:

    Hi Lee,

I was wondering, when will be next program commenced as I just missed the 8th of August one.

    Thank you

  34. Kelli says:

Hi Lee, i am vegetarian and on the fodmap diet. Is the program suitable for me?
I’m also wondering if diatomaceous earth is ok to take with thyroid medication.

    • lee says:

Hello yes we have a vegetarian planner and you can adapt for fodmaps. Yes the powder is a raw wholefood not a supplement and doesn’t affect thyroid conditions

  35. Tracey says:

I’ve just found out I have food allergies and I’m required to go gluten, yeast, dairy and sugar free, would this program be suitable?

  36. Samantha O'Keeffe says:

    Hi Lee

Would the program be suitable for a vegan diet? I’ve just discovered I have no lactobacillus or bifidobacterium after trying to find why I developed Cold Urticaria 2 years ago. If so when will be the next one offered?

    Thanks
    Sam

  37. Kate says:

    Hi Lee
I love your books!!! 😍 I am thinking about doing the 4 week program and I have a question about fitness training whilst on your program – do you recommend cutting back from high intensity exercise? What about hot power yoga? I’m keen to keep moving but ok with cutting back the intensity
    Thanks 😊
    Kate

    • Lee says:

Hi Kate, thank you so much for such a beautiful response. You can still do high intensity exercise whilst on the program but I recommend cutting back the amount you do. Everybody is different and feels different whilst on the program so be sure to listen to your body! If you’re low on energy, I wouldn’t recommend high intensity exercise. If you have any more questions, please feel free to email admin@superchargedfood.com 🙂 Lee x

  38. Alli says:

Hi Lee, I’m interested in doing your program too 🙂 I have your paperback Heal Your Gut book but need some more assistance with healing my gut. I would love to do private coaching with you but I’m on a Disability Pension due to nearly 30 years of Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia, severe intolerance’s etc, so finances are tight. I thought this eCourse would be a good way to have a much access as possible to help me on my road to healing. Do the courses run all through the year? Can I start at any time? Thanks and so love what you’re doing! So encouraging and bringing hope 🙂 xx

    • Lee says:

      Hi Alli,
Thank you for your kind words 🙂
The program sounds like it would be great for you then.
The courses run throughout the year and you can start anytime you like.
If you have any questions, feel free to email admin@superchargedfood.com xx

  39. Di McAleer says:

Just wondering if this is helpful for SIBO as well? Currently my gut is too injured to start this program immediately (from recent diviticulitis) and continued spasming and constipation. Currently reacting to most of the soups in HYG, but the slippery elm porridge has saved me. I am thinking that SIBO is possibly involved, so just checking that this protocol might be helpful for all the things.
