There will be a multitude of choices available at each meal, and the satisfying Balinese style offerings will be local and fresh. Meals can also be enjoyed at a dining table in the rice fields with likeminded new friends.
Even if you have food intolerances, or issues, i.e you find yourself quizzing every single ingredient on your plate and walking around with a stash bag of homemade treats all the time….well, if that’s you, then you’ll be happy to know that you won’t need worry about what you’re eating during the retreat, we can cater for you.
Interestingly, you’ll also learn some valuable information and take home doable tips to help you with your nutrition and eating and bring your attention back to the philosophy of simple and delicious nourishment for your body without unhealthy restriction, rules and regulations.
During the retreat, you’ll be enjoying daily gentle daily Barre classes, meditation and yoga classes in the bamboo hall and gorgeous, blissful body treatments such a scrubs, massages, and gentle body polishes for the ultimate healthy radiance. At all times we will have your health and happiness at heart.
Sunrise adventures include a trek to Mt Batur volcano led by experienced and helpful local trek guides. They’re right there to offer you a hand (or leg) up if you need it. And when we all reach the summit, you’ll have time to relax at the top; because as you know, life is not a race to the top!
Then, when you reach the bottom, you’ll not only feel a sense of achievement, but will be pleasantly rewarded as you step gracefully into the gorgeous healing hot springs.
There is also a fabulous rice paddy trek which walks you through a traditional Balinese real world experience.
